Identifiers - Name, email address, and phone numbers. Technical Data - IP address, device ID (UDID), device type, operating system, and browser version. Usage Data - Pages viewed, referrer URLs, and exit pages. Call Data - Phone numbers, timestamps

From Our Clients

Identifiers - Name, username, physical address, and email. Professional Info - Job title and employer. Financial Info - Credit/debit card or payment details for billing. Service Usage - Performance data, feature usage, and frequency of access. Uploaded Content - Any data uploaded or transmitted via the RevRing Platform.

Consumer Data
Personal Data from consumers who interact with Clients' websites and assigned phone numbers.

Sensitive Data
Depending on Client configuration: call content, biometric data (voice ID), and financial or health information.

We process Personal Data to provide our Services and operate our business, including:

• To operate, maintain, and personalize the RevRing Platform.
• As a service provider, to facilitate access to information by our Clients for their commercial purposes.
• For accounting, auditing, billing, and performance reporting.
• To detect security incidents and protect against fraudulent or illegal activity.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

RevRing does not sell Personal Data. We may disclose Personal Data only in the following circumstances:

• To our subsidiaries and affiliated entities.
• To contractors and service providers bound by confidentiality obligations.

RevRing takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure. We restrict access to employees with a "need to know."

Call Termination Abuse RevRing or its vendors may collect and use biometric data (voice identification) as part of its service offerings. Biometric data will not be collected without prior written consent. We do not disclose biometric data unless required by law or via subpoena. RevRing will permanently destroy biometric identifiers when the initial purpose for collection has been satisfied or within the timeframe required by law.

RevRing processes data in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data on U.S. servers. Data Subject Rights Residents of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, and portability of their data. Testimonials: We post Client testimonials only with prior consent.

Google Ads API
RevRing's use of information received from Google Ads APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including all Limited Use requirements.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)
RevRing uses AI models — including third-party models — to increase accuracy and improve our Services. All third-party AI models are contractually bound to keep information confidential and use it only for authorized purposes.
